Sebastian is a digital entrepreneur who founded his first company while still a student. Twelve years later, with approximately 65 employees, he sold the organization. Over the next three years, he integrated additional companies into the group, managing up to 320 employees and overseeing a P&L with revenues exceeding EUR 120 million.

His passion, which he is now fully focused on: empowering leaders and supporting teams in their growth.
